Oxyfi wins new project – upgrades customer rail vehicles to 5G17 April, 2023

The project delivery includes our latest communication gateway with dual 5G modules, state-of-the-art antennas for railway as well as integration/installation; to mention a few included components.

The purpose of the project is to maximize performance and reliability and to give best possible ability to use all the frequency bands offered by the mobile operators. This is rapidly becoming more important as existing frequency bands are reallocated from older technologies to high-performance 4G and 5G.

Existing software onboard with associated cloud services is not changed as part of this project but is continuously updated as part of our existing service commitment.
